Country Road CAVENDISH

I want to say that Country Road CAVENDISH has the most disgusting bunch of employees, they are ***** and have no sense of what customer service is. I have been waiting 2 months for a hat to be sent from there to the Sandton branch, I repeat 2 months!!!! After weekly, sometimes even more than once a week check-ins I STILL am WITHOUT the hat. They've given me and the Sandton CR staff the run around for 2 months. All of them are just ***********, unprofessional *****, managers included. 1st attempt they sent the hat to the wrong store (go figure), they got it back and they "resent" to Sandton, its now 3 weeks and still NOTHING. In the 2 months I've called them, Sandton CR has called them but noooo, no-one can account for 1 simple hat. I've been told so many different stories but never the truth, I even suggested that if couriering the hat is such a difficult task, I am willing to send someone to go to the shop and buy it from there and I can get it from them but they refused. Country Road CAVENDISH you have been nothing but pathetic, I am so disappointed.
