Good day, i returned an item at one of the Country Road store in CapeTown Waterfront some time last week i was told by an sales consultant Asanda Mngomeni that they won't be able to assist me as i don't have a box that came out with the sneaker fine accepted that...

I returned today with the box and proof of purchase, same store dealt with the same consultant Asanda Mngomeni, she looked at the sneaker and asked me stupid questions on how dd the sneaker peel off then went away without even explaining where she is going she came with the Lau-Lau neithe who happens to be a store department manager or something related to that she told me she has spoken with the store manager and they have looked at this sneaker unfortunately they are unable to do anything about it as it's not leather it's designed to peel off. How absurd like i knew it's not leather, but who wears a sneaker 3/4 times that costs R999 and then it peels off and when you return it you get told" it's designed to be that way" This sneaker was purchased in the 1st week of April i still have the box and proof of purchase WOOLWORTHS
