1.5 month delay in delivering order

Tereibke delay in my order!! I have ordered 3 items from Country road on 31Jul2024 and I still have not received it plus they charged me an extra R150 after checkout. I emailed customer care and rhey said to be patient since it is being shipped across borders. I had no idea it was shipped from outside South Africa.
