Country Paving - Stay away

Mike Smith, owner of Country Paving, is a charlatan, and he should in no way be a swimming pool builder.

Initially, his pricing seemed fair, but I soon realised my mistake. I am now paying double what I should have to fix the problems they caused. During the period he worked for me I found him *************, utterly *********, and lying constantly. He did not meet one deadline that he set himself on the project.

He calls himself a concrete expert, but I believe my 16 year old son has more knowledge on the subject.

He will also be quick to tell you that he has an engineering background, but after speaking to many other experts, I doubt this.

He, himself (not his workers), stole items from my property whilst he was here before he was fired. I have the video footage and a signed affidavit (his own) that confirms the above.

He will most likely show you multiple photos of mostly unfinished swimming pools. I now know the reason for this as well.

Be warned. Don't allow Mike Smith or this company anywhere near your project. You will regret it.
