Poor service , after arriving at about 15 minutes before closing time , we looked for a particular pair of shoes , after about 5 minutes we found a Suitable pair and proceeded to look around the shop for someone to finally assist us

Poor service , after arriving at about 15 minutes before closing time , we looked for a particular pair of shoes , after about 5 minutes we found a Suitable pair and proceeded to look around the shop for someone to finally assist us. We then at last, located one of the unwilling staff members just so they can say they can't assist us, because it's to close to closing time. I then opted to leave, but they quickly tried to amend the situation by telling us they wil assist after all. After some time of assistance , we were then again told they are closed now and are unable to help us. Note that when we left the shop it was on the dot 5o'clock.
