Country Life Estate. Bad Management

Country life Estate let my elderly parents stay without hot water for more than 2 weeks. The Geyser is broken and there is no stock to replace the geyser that is still under warranty. That being said the management cannot simply shrug their shoulders and let my 79 year Mom shower in cold water. They can buy another brand geyser and take it up with their current supplier or take one from a unit that is not sold and replace that unit's geyser at a later time. Simply ignoring this is unacceptable. Also water is running down my parents driveway and we are suppose to conserve water. It's appalling
