WAKE UP COUNTRY BAKE

As a regular customer of country bake, i am pretty disappointed with the terrible service i have been receiving.

For the past 3 months, on every occasion that i visited country bake i was encountered by the following :- 1. Rude Staff 2. poor quality food 3. long waiting times [ for example: had to wait 20 minutes for a pie that required to be heated, 20 minutes for a toasted Sandwich, 45 minutes for no food] 4. Mould on the cheese roll 5. Spoiled food. 6. no service at all.

one specific day, it was friday lunch time. my colleagues and i placed a telephone order for 2 portions of dhal rice and breyani. upon arrival at Country bake, we were advised by the waitrons that they are going to warm the food and bring it out in around 5 minutes. there was a table of 10 men that kept getting served and food the same food which we ordered where given to them. every time we enquired with the waitrons they advised that they are warming food. We waited for 45 minutes only to find out that they did not have any food to give us. they did not inform us of this.

on the very same day, we found mould on the cheese roll. When we showed the waitrons they advised us that it was not mould [ the rolls tasted and smelt funny].

the waitrons and stuff at country bake is extremely rude. Today, for example, my colleagues and i were placing our orders, and instead of taking our order, the staff member /waitron taking our, he was more interested in speaking to someone else , then he walked away halfway through our order, only after asking him a few times to take our order then only he took our order.

It gets better, we ordered a macchiato, and the barista gave us a quarter cup of coffee and advised that is a macchiato. Like seriously???

everytime we requested and update on the time for the food, the waitrons and staff just ignored us.
