Horribly Unprofessional Service

I ordered a cake for a community project which was very dear to my heart. I placed the order for collection at 08:00 am and at 09:25 I was still waiting for the cake. There was no valid explanation as to why it was over an hour late. The lady managing the till and order lacked any sort of etiquette. I was meant to be at the function at 09:30. They then further misspelt the simple word 'church' on the cake which I noticed as we were driving off. I went back to the store where I was informed that the 'H' slid off the cake when they scribbled on the words (a 5 year old could have done it better) so they decided to leave it off. I cannot even try to understand this lack of logic. When I attempted at laying a complaint via their Instagram page, they provided new excuses which were invalid since I had ordered the very same cake with longer messages previously under the old management and ownership. I was then offered a discount on my next order. WHAT A JOKE! I will never support this establishment again. Grossly disappointing service and highly unprofessional.
