EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

We ordered roller Shutters from these people called Counting Roller Shutters everything seemed ok when placing a order everything seemed to good to be true we dealt with Denise Adams who assured us they will go do the installation for us at our customer which was eventually done in august 2020 but then after installation everything was left it in a mess a few things were not completed ect and the roller shutters were not operating as expected and they had given us a guarantee that if we have any problems after the installation they will gladly go sort it out. Our customer who is a very big customer of our company started to call us and complaine that the roller shutters are not working and that its getting stuck or not closing and that its causing endless problems our technicians had to go there and try sort out counting rolller shutters mess up from the time its been installed until now we been asking this company to sort it out and everytime Denise says she will ask her husband Melvin to go sort it out. Everytime I sent emails or Whatsapps she never bothers to call me back or communicate with me and avoids our calls. In December Melvin sent his team there after our our CEO asked him nicely just to go and assist the customer, Melvin became very rude and started to swear at us when we called to confirm if we can meet him there at our customers premises when he arrived with his team he spoke to them and left them there they had to first go and buy stock they needed and not much was done the team assured me everything was ok and that the door was working and that they would just come back in the week to sort the roof out and touch up the paint where they had welded after that we did not hear from them and when I called to follow up Melvin said they had other jobs to go attend to and they cant go there they dont have time to assist us but they were very quick to ask our company for the deposit. January came and I sent a message to Melvin no response and then I called and he said his team had covid and he will go to our customer as soon as his team is well. Nothing was done our customer called us again and complaint that it was not on and they are very furious again I called Melvin on the 18th January 2021 a few days ago and he assured me that he will send his team and he will call me its now the 27th January 2021 and still no calls or feedback Today been the 27th January 2021 I called Denise and she said she will chat to Melvin and call me back still no calls.

Please do not use these people they have changed their company name so many times . Their past company names as what we know of Open and Close Counting Roller Shutters
