Very Bad Service, Very Bad turn around time, Inconsistency and the lie

Requested furniture to be tailor made on the 22nd of July 2017. Had a meeting with them on the 26th of July 2017. Agreed and processed payment of R17,500 (75% for the dining set and 50% for the reupholster of my couches) with the balance of R 8750 to be settled once the furniture is completed. Carl promised me that the furniture will be ready in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later and no communication. They don't even pick up their phones. Have to consistently follow up. I eventually showed up at the factory where we originally met, only to find nothing was done. They then transferred me from one person to another, one minute it was Carl, then Paul, then Rina (who is very rude buythereway) Then they had the decency to put pressure on me to process the balance lying that the dining room set is done, this was a month ago and still nothing!!!! Excuses after excuses and now its been two months and still nothing. They don't respond to requests, they don't meet deadlines and they blame the carpenter for everything. And now they are hanging up my calls. All I want is my R 26 250,00 back and never want to do business with them ever again.
