Thank you Council Solutions

<p>Now here is another "feel good" story. We had a massive water leak since Friday in our street (approx 5 to 10lt water wasted a minute). Despite having logged various calls the problem did not quite get fixed. We received various forms of advice from members of our community and one was to contact Council Solutions. Since I contacted them yesterday they kept me informed and kept on checking in to get progress on our fault and repairs. I am really impressed with their service and support. I also want to say when JHBWater finally arrived, they had 5 workers that worked non stop to get the issue resolved and they were courteous and friendly and incredibly appreciative of the coffee and coke!! Well done #councilsolutions for helping us get this resolved!!!!! With what everything is going on currently, it is encouraging to see some systems are still working!!!</p>
