Council Solutions

<div>This seems to be a recurring issue with the one star raters... In Oct 2021 Council Solutions was very fast in answering my queries and promised a 9 point plan on how they were going to tackle my billing issue with the City of JHB. However, after paying over R5000 in advance, after the 30-60 day period I never heard from them again. They don't answer phone calls and emails get ignored. No feed back, no solution. In the end I had to travel to JHB to sort the issue out myself.</div>
