City of Johannesburg Billing and inflated bills

Our City of Johannesburg billing has eventually normalized/ MANY THANKS! After much Investigation they eventually found out our issues were 3 fold, water leaking, a faulty meter, and billing on both water and electricity were totally exaggerated
