City of Cape Town accounts Department

My husband has been in contact with Coct on numerous occasions including the accounts department for our Guest House in Sea Pointt, they just keep on referring us to the vending department and the vending Department says that they are still testing and we were down to 6 months later and our water and lights was sitting over R436k. Its has taken Council Solutions 3 months of patience to get this situation sorted out, We WILL recommend
