City of Cape Town

We are staying in Tokia, City of Cape Town, we have had endless problems with our pre paid meter and high water charges, after several visits from employees, and much anticipation our pre paid is now working. Our water seems reasonable now, after several months monitoring, compared to our neighbours and other houses close to us, regards.
