I would like to take this opportunity to highlight form our experience when dealing with Council Solutions and Marc Herzberg in particular. We have a national base and have handed our portfolio within the Western Cape and Kwa Zulu Natal, it consists of 38 Buildings and 54 residential homes. We have had a nightmare full of wrong charging and disconnections of services from day 1. The team at Council Solutions have been nothing short of incredible taking our calls as late 11;30pm. The have successfully managed to achieve credits in respect of R780,000,00 over 17 properties so far and if that is anything to go by, that in our books is exceptional! We do understand that not every property will have the best outcome but at least we have an entity to take fight to them and protect our rights as the public and business owners, Thanks Guys, will be happy to recommend to anyone!
