Very Bad Service

My recent hip replacement operation resulted in me having to resort to requesting assistance from the CMS ( Council for Medical Schemes) to resolve problems with the payment of my huge hospital bill and confusing surrounding the PMB allocation of these bills.<br> Emails keep going backwards and forward between CMS and Medihelp, and to date nothing has been resolved.<br> I am at my wits end to resolve this matter.<br> Please CMS respond and lets resolve this matter soonest
