Utterly disguisting service

I have been having a complaint with the Council of Medical Schemes since April 2019. STILL not sorted!!!!!!!! I have talking to Bestmed which also has not done anything. I have given my complaint through BUT the Council of Medical Schemes AND Bestmed said I have complained about something else which has been sorted LAST year. It CLEARLY shows me that no one has been reading my complaint! Just assuming!!! I am tired of people that does not help and sort out situations.
