UNRESPONSIVE TO CALL LOGGED: New Ticket Logged [ID:***]

Logged a call and have had not response!

Related to medscheme records - as a family I am unable to get medical cover finalised as a result of not being able to obtain the Medcheme certificate.

The tardiness which puts my family at risk is unacceptable and without this information the medical aid is wanting to 'load' my parents who have paid medical throughout their lives - shame on all of you for treating pensioners and myself this way. I have taken care of my parents for 20 years, and after VSP, not am shopping to ensure we remain on medical only to have this non existent service and treatment!
