Poor service from Councils for Medical Schemes.

I submitted my complaint to the scheme last year and all I received was a reference number. This body is supposed to protect the interests of medical aid paying members. I have a problem of hyperlipidaemia and Bonitas medical fund insists on a co payment on my lipid lowering agents despite me sending them proof that other agents cause me harm. As per the Medical Schemes Act, the provider is liable in full if the member suffered side effects with other medication.
