No support!! Useless!!

The CMS is supposed to be their to support members, yet they have been sitting on my mother's case for almost 5 years!!! No feedback, no communication. She can never get hold of anyone who can help her!! Always getting pushed aside. And she has a strong case! In the meantime she has lawyers harrassing her! We refuse to pay the amount they are claiming, that the medical MUST cover (PMB/Emergency operation), but CMS refuse to help! It's disgusting!!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
