No feedback as promised

I reported my wrongful termination from Medshield to CMS in January and was informed that after 30 days I would get feedback. I sent follow up emails and was told on 3 March Peter Nkoana will give me feedback. I am still waiting. Maybe via Hello Peter, Peter might take my case seriously and respond.
