No communication on valid case

Hi, i have been on going with medical schemes 14 months ago and i am not getting any correspondence regarding my complaint. my case has been handed over several times and every time i call in they tell me either its been handed over to another consultant and to call back in 2 weeks, or some one is on leave. i have done the investigation for them and have given all details about my medical claim. and have requested to speak to a superior. i then get given an email address which i send an email to and still no correspondence. 5 weeks ago, they emailed me to say that they have got ruling and would contact me on the Friday. and still nothing! i have a valid case i am just needing help to try get this sorted as this is taking too long now. can someone not assist me with how to get this sorted. i have helped and assisted with all references and even highlighting rules and regulations on the medical aid PMB condition claim. which i have been advised is a valid case and they cant get away with it. but im at a dead end! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!
