Inapropriate deceit

Greetings we have been brought a matter to tour attention 5 December 2018. As Genesis has given mum authorisation to be hospitalised and have not paid the services rendered by doctors whikst being hospitalised. We are receiving calls from doctors which are now blacklisting and enforcing. Have called your offices and was told the two cases offices working on the case no longer works with you. Whilst Ms Thambi states its 120 days please provide this in writing as both me and brother who launched an application with you have no joy regarding this matter whilst in appeal. Regards Hassen
