Horrible Service Form Council for Medical Schemes - Yolanda Vaneyk

I had lodge a complaint against my medical aid in 2016. Case: CMS61383. The analyst working on the case was Yolande Vaneyk. I have sent several e-mails to this lady using her e-mail address: ********** requesting resolution of the matter as it has affected my personal, and financial life. till this day, 3 years later, i am yet to obtain feedback. i have called the CMS call center and they have confirmed that she is assigned to the matter and has closed it off yet she fails to provide feedback. how can we possible trust CMS when its employees cant even provide feedback. this is totally unacceptable and disguising.
