Council of Medical Schemes doesn't treat it's applicants fairly

This Council doesn't treat it's applicants with fairness. In August 2019 I submitted my application for a licence in order to write medical aids for clients while I was still a broker. In November 2019 I received an email from the Council that my application was incomplete because there was outstanding documents. I then rep**** to the email requesting to terminate my application because I was no longer operating as a broker and asked for a refund of the amount of R1400 I had paid with the application, i received no feedback. I sent numerous emails and never received feedback until on the 31st Jan 2020 where Moetinyana Mmolawa rep**** to my emails only to tell me that there is no refund.

I went through the application form that I signed when I sent my application, there is no mention of the fact that there is no refund to the money that you deposit initially.

I want them to pay my money back, i'm a single parent of 2 and don't have money to go around donating to the Council of Medical Schemes. I'm currently unemployed and could use the money to buy my children food.
