Council for Medical schemes or council for medical dreams

<p>absoultely pathetic client communication services from CMS. we sent through two applications to the counsil for medical schemes one in september and one in october. The first applocation took four months to finalise and the second application is still pending. We never get any feedback as to if theres outstanding information on our applications via email correspondance or telephone. we have to call them only for them to tell us that the application was put on hold due to a simple outstanding question. thereafter they ask ask to call back in 21 working days, something that should have been taken care of in a month has taken close to 5 months now and theres still no clear feedback as to how much longer the process will take. when i called them the second time and asked as to why there was no email correspondance brenda had informed me that she did not have an email adress for us but the email adress was written on our application. i then asked her to update the email adress which she claimed she had done but up to this date the email adress was not updated. we are left in the dark as to how much longer the license will take.</p>
