Council for Medical Schemes - Another rot filled *********** org

Typical SA Gov organization that should be defunded and disbanded. Pathetic operation, The rot starts from the top and filters down, incompetence is their corporate culture. 30 WORKING days is their standard time, regardless if you need to re-upload required docs...the time clock starts all over again for another 30 Working days. Taking 4 months seems to be the standard of just getting an answer. My experience is the same as the rest. Wish there was an alternative...but hey its Africa....nobody cares about Africa, especially people in Africa.
