We sent in a request November 2017, till this day we have not received any update or feedback. The past month I have been sending emails weekly and no one even has the decency to respond to an email. I received an email in the beginning from [Your Analyst is:Katlego Thema. E-Mail : ********** to say my case is handed to him, but have not had one correspondence whatsoever. Don't be mistaken like I have and think these people are there to help
