Commission withheld because of CMS not renewing my licence.

I have been struggling to renew my CMS licence with Council of Medical Scheme. No one can assist me. All my documentation was emailed and MIE authentications was done and uploaded. ALL my commission is being withheld at the moment due to CMS not issuing or renewing my licence. I need assistance URGENTLY please. Numerous emails and phone calls and no assistance.
