CMS useless!! Need to rant...

Dealing with any service provider is a pain, but this bunch takes the cake. First they monopolise the industry and force people to pay their ridiculous accreditation fees of which i see absolutely no benefit to the broker. They try implement a digital system that doesnt work and then force you into using it with no support... oh, theres a customer care number which just says "subscriber unavailable" and if you do get through to some completely unhelpful sod she puts the damn phone down on you. Miserable excuse for a service provider and an absolute disgrace and of course there is no complaints department being a govt. service provider.
