CMS say they can help, they do nothing

IN 2016 I treated a patient who belonged to Spectramed. The patient had authorization but as the baby was not registered on Spectrameds' system with his name, but registered as Baby his accounts were rejected. I constantly tried to contact the medical aid, but they never responded. When i called their systems were down and I could not be helped. I tried in vain to get this account to be paid as it was a PMB condition. Out of desperation I contacted the CMS and was informed that they had contacted Spectramed, who informed me that the account had been paid in full. But they have the wrong practice details and even if they have paid, there is no statement to prove this and there is no money in the bank account. In the mean time the member has been handed over as she is also not prepared to pay the account and nothing happens to Spectramed, the member or the CMS. The only person who loses out here is the medical professionals who work after hours treating rude patients on occasions such as in this case and then to top it all off, don't even get paid to do the work. Worst of all, there is no one who stands up for us and helps us to legally and ethically get paid. No one cares. Its as bad as the government with *******ion and *****ing of members money with no care because they can't be touched.
