CMS is pathetic and incompetant.

THIS company is the most unproductive company I have ever worked with. I have not received any feedback about my certificate for 6 months. I am a broker with 25 years of experience. the CMS is pathetic and useless. They are costing me lost of money. They do not even answer the phone.
