Another under-performing SOE

My original complaint to the CMS regarding the unauthorized deductions for a approved hospital procedure for my wife was made on the 26th March 2018. I was told by CMS that it would take approx 3 months to resolve. When I queried what is happening in July 2018 it was found that the emails with the reference number got mixed up and all my correspondence was going to the wrong file. CMS then told me It would have to start again with my complaint. Since that time I have written numerous emails asking for a update, on the 27th May I received an email from Ronelle Begemann at CMS saying the investigation is complete and she would revert back to me once the ruling has been issued !!!. Since then I have sent 2 emails (12/7 and 7/08) of which neither has been answered. If and when I win my case against the MEDSHIELD medical scheme will I get interest back on the R8,500 they *******ly took 18 months ago out of my savings??
