Cougar Gaming SA honours warranty even just after expiry

Cougar Gaming SA (agents in SA TechTraders) reached out over Twitter after noticing the issue I had, to replace the arm rests on my gaming chair about 2 months after the warranty expired. One arm rest had developed a split which should not have happened. Great after sales service!
