Pathetic service affecting a young child

<p>Cougar Clothing's service has been really pathetic. The woman working for me ordered a jersey for her child four weeks ago (24 May) and ythey still don't have it ready. Her child is not allowed to wear what he has at school. It is terribly cold and he might actually fall ill because they don't deliver. How can a company allow this to happen? Not only is it inconvenient for this boy, but it is also humiliating.</p>
