*****, ******** and no customer service

This guys are ******** their advertise other people's work because when I ordered a couch that is on their website they could not deliver they did something ridiculous for a couch now I requested a refund cause I couldn't continue trusting their service, its been a month I am fighting to get my refund, they said will get it when they do their payroll but now it's the 1st they are ignoring my calls and whatsapp. It was a laybye installment and I paid in 3payments.
