Couch Masters don't have customer service, i ordered a couch via laybye and paid it off in 5 installment in 2months and requested a photo before delivery but what i seen in that photo was shaddy job and not what i ordered, and i ordered with a pic i got from their website but they failed to do the same.

Its been a month a half since i requested for a refund but they are not willing to pay me back. I have send proof of payments and they keep on promising to pay but till today nothing worse part they are ignoring my calls now. I paid them R7000 in total. I have been communicating with a guy called Redley he does not give a dam nor care about my issues. !!!!DON'T USE THIS GUYS THEY ARE ********, CROOCKS AND **********!!!!
