Total unprofessional workmanship and service - Mike @ Couch @ Company
Be very carefull or do not even consider to use Couch & Company at 356 Jan Smuts Ave in Craighall! The owner Mike collected 2 solid "heavy" antique chairs to be refurbished and covered with leather. On returning the chairs, we afterwards discovered: - Damage marks on the leather, - 2 Different colour tone leather on same chair and - Chairs was swapped with similar looking lightweight chair frames. All attempts to resolve the matter lead to fruitless no response from the owner Mike. And above all, he demanded full upfront payment, which we honored, but with complete disrespect towards us to honestly resolve the matter. Be carefull for Mike at Couch and Company in Craighall
