sub standard products

We bought a hand bag with Coty products from Edgars but not long after using the bag it was torn and started falling apart. Went back to Edgars but was told i must follow this up with the supplier. Why even buy there products if the bags are absolutely bad quality. Rather then stay away from Coty totally.
