Rimmed last lasting lipstick - Inferior quality

I bought 3 Rimmel lipsticks at Diskem and the quality is not the same. It doesn't last as long as the previous ones I bought 2 years ago. The one chocolate colour makes my lips blue and I don't want even wear it anymore which is such a waste of money and it's not that cheap.When I use the lipstick less than an hour my lips feel dry and it starts to crumble on my lips. I emailed them 3 weeks ago and up until now no one rep**** or came back to me. I feel that this is so bad for such a well known company across the world.
