Terrible service

<p>Terrible service, needed about 5 pieces of furniture for a bridal shop, so would've bought a couple of things. Asked to keep something for me if I pay a deposit, after being told they couldn't, I promised to come the very next day to purchase and only the stock I wanted magically got sold in a few hours after I heard the shop assistant say on the phone they still have the couch in stock. They didn't even let me know after having my details. The shop assistant was on the phone the whole time. And conveniently Luanne who helped me didn't pitch up for work. Cotton wood clearly doesn't care about customer service and keeping a business. </p>
