Cottonlink.co.za ****

After purchasing apparel from the website, I never received an email notification or a tracking number. Various attempts to contact the merchant via their webform and a Gmail address listed on the site have been unsuccessful. I also contacted Payfast (the payment gateway) who advised that cottonlink.co.za does not have enough money in their Payfast account for a refund. Payfast also contacted the merchant on my behalf without success. Goods were supposed to be delivered within 2 to 7 days. After 14 days, no delivery. I suspect the website is a ****.
