Terrible service and poor quality of goods

My mother-in-law order a dressing table from Cotton Wood (Design Quarter, Fourways) just over a month back. When the order arrived, it was chipped and full of black marks. My mother-in-law contacted the shop and they agreed to pick up the dressing table and fix it. When the dressing table was delivered again, just over a week later, it was the incorrect pain finish. <br> <br> My mother-in-law spoke to the lady at the store and the owner and received terrible, rude service and response. The owner at one stage even telling my mother-in-law that she was costing the owner money. The owner, by the name of Toni, I think her name was, then refused to fix the order and arrangements were made to collect the dressing table again and reimburse my mother-in-law. <br> <br> This was not a cheap order and my mother-in-law was looking at potentially ordering more furniture at the time as well, but this business has no idea how to handle and look after their customers. Between the rude lady at the store and this Toni, I'm surprised that they are in business still. I proceeded to get negative feedback from others regarding the in-store service as well.
