Wrongfully Banned from store

I am an ex Cotton On store employee,and I’m a loyal customer even after leaving the company. It upsets me that I have to write this message but unfortunately when something is not right it has to be reported. I was at the Cotton On store in Clearwater Mall where I found myself being escorted out the facilities as if I am a convicted ******** who tried to ***** something when I was actually there to collect money I had left the previous night. I left money for my brother to purchase clothing for me,and company rules state that staff members may only give store discounts to close family and friends. Store rules also say that the staff can only make those purchases during lunch break or at the end of their shift. Fortunately I arrived 30min before the store closed just in time to pick clothes and ask my brother to buy them once he was done. That didn’t happen unfortunately because after coming from withdrawing money to try give to my brother,he was unable to attend to me because he was in a meeting,so I gave my money to a close colleague of his at the store to give him the money when he is out. Unfortunately she also tried but was unable too. On my arrival the following day I’m told by one of the ladies who knew I was coming and was given my money to hold because the previous colleagues was booked off that I have been banned from coming to the store. When I asked who banned me she told me Nicolene (regional manager). Upon Nicolene’s arrival I asked her questions which she failed to answer to. I was unfairly and ********ly treated by this lady. I have no record of any theft before working there,while working there and after there but I was treated like a common ******** being escorted out as if I had bad ulterior motives. This goes against my constitutional right as a consumer at the store where I have been banned without any proof of theft,or conviction which is against the law. I was well within my legal rights and should I have made a mistake somewhere I should’ve been notified. This really hurt because I was once hired by this lady (Nicolene) and I never disappointed her during my time working for her,not even once. But to receive such treatment was unprofessional and *******, which by law is seen as a form of Deformation Of Character . Should the store have any form of disagreements with its staff members including my brother,has nothing to do with me. You don’t treat people like they all *********,it’s really unfair and something needs to be done about this ASAP.
