Worst store pickup Cradlestone

Cotton on at Cradlestone. I received the worst service ever. I ordered a few things online and opted to collect at cradlestone mall. I received an email that my order is in store, I drove to the store the following morning to go collect it only to be told when I got there that my order was given to another customer by mistake. The customer had just called in to inform them that she wasn't given the wrong order and she could only return it later that afternoon. I asked them to explain how this happened and requested that they deliver my package to my address as they were at fault for giving my order to the wrong person, they flat out REFUSED. I was told I need to come back in store to pick up the order once they have received it. They promised to called me and explain how the error happened once they have spoken to the staff member who was at fault, it's been more than a week and I still haven't received any feedback. I had to ask someone to pick up my order for me in store because it was such inconvenience for me to drive back to the store.
