Worst store ever.

If I could give this store a -10 on there services. I placed an order on the 28 November try to leverage the black Friday deal. 12 days later chat to a consultant complaining about not receiving my order and I was told it was held up with the delivery company. Again they to call after two day of complaining and was told that the nolonger have two more products and they will refund me. Like, why take the money of you didn't have the product, why wait almost 15 days later to to tell me that. Now black Friday is over things are now back to normal price. Worst part is that they hide behind email and will never call you. All they do I give a generic apology like you are talking to a robot. The email says the will give me free delivery for my next order.... why would I put myself through this online nonsense.
