Worst shopping experience

I placed an order on the cotton website on the 12/11/2023 under order number *** for express delivery as I have staff function on the Friday coming up. The order was supposed to be delivered to a hospital address. Apparently my order was delivered on the 14/11/2023 but I didn’t get anything. I didn’t get an sms that my order was out for delivery not did I get a call. I tried getting assistance from the customer support department and NO ONE was willing to help me , I got put on hold more than i actually spoke and the calls were dropped on me eventually. The service is quite appalling, I have experienced something like this.
