Worst Service

I just had the worst customer experience at Sandton City Mall. When returning a product, the tag where the pricing was attached was not produced - however the full product along with the slip of purchase was.

The stylist refused to refund the item of sale because it did not come with it's original packaging. All of this was done with a condescending attitude and interjection instead of explaining what packaging in this instance meant.

The stylist was rude, interjective and unhelpful. All for a product costing R150

Never again.
