Worst retail customer service ever

Literally the worst customer service support ever.. right across the board. Not that they care, from looking at other comments the same.

6 weeks of trying to get help or a response and nothing.

Customer service centre doesnt respond, other than "We are busy" and will get back to you soon, then dont. Issue elevated to head office, which was ignored, emails go with reply, store doesn't answer phone ever, chat help disconnects due to wait line and time out, no responses on social media either...

6 weeks for customer help and nothing!!!!

Its beyond poor and need to do better
